In this video, I explore the hidden magic of Starbucks and Sir Mo Farah, before proposing what I think the hidden magic of personal finance is. In summary, I think we win our gold medal on Day 1. Not a bad outcome if you think of the millions of people devoting their lives to trying to earn a few extra basis points. A fool's errand.
